Il r\u00e9pond \u00e0 la <strong>sensation de faim<\/strong> qui s\u2019exprime par des gargouillements par exemple, par de la fatigue, des difficult\u00e9s de concentration\u2026 et nos <strong>sensations physiologiques<\/strong> sont l\u2019expression de ces besoins de l\u2019organisme pour obtenir des mat\u00e9riaux pour se renouveler, construire de nouvelles cellules, lutter contre des agressions diverses (virus, bact\u00e9ries\u2026), et de recevoir de l\u2019<strong>\u00e9nergie<\/strong> pour accomplir toutes ces t\u00e2ches.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><em>Il est donc naturel de manger !<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0Seulement voil\u00e0, nous ne sommes pas qu\u2019un syst\u00e8me digestif d\u00e9pourvu d\u2019\u00e9motions\u201d nous pr\u00e9cise la di\u00e9t\u00e9ticienne. En continuant ses propos&nbsp; : \u00ab\u00a0le fait de manger contribue aussi \u00e0 <strong>nourrir notre plaisi<\/strong>r, \u00e0 faire vivre notre culture, \u00e0 partager des moments conviviaux \u2026 Ainsi le fait d\u2019attribuer \u00e0 l\u2019alimentation des fonctions purement physiologiques et de r\u00e9duire l\u2019alimentation \u00e0 des injonctions (il faut\/ il ne faut pas, c\u2019est trop ceci ou trop cela), \u00e0 un compte de calories ou de points, est une erreur.\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Est-ce que manger \u00e9quilibr\u00e9 permet de perdre du poids ?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>S.D <\/strong>: Manger \u00e9quilibr\u00e9, c\u2019est <strong>ne pas \u00eatre contr\u00f4l\u00e9<\/strong> par son alimentation, manger \u00e9quilibr\u00e9 c\u2019est <strong>arr\u00eater d\u2019\u00eatre au r\u00e9gime<\/strong> encore et encore ! C\u2019est arr\u00eater de faire attention sans arr\u00eat et enfin avoir de l\u2019attention pour soi-m\u00eame. C\u2019est manger sans prise de t\u00eate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A \u00eatre catalogu\u00e9 fain\u00e9ant si l\u2019on est gros, malade si l\u2019on est maigre, moche si l\u2019on ne ressemble pas \u00e0 cette blogueuse ou ce vendeur de tablettes de chocolat : on s\u2019\u00e9vertue \u00e0 s\u2019acharner sur son alimentation pensant y trouver la solution \u00e0 tous nos probl\u00e8mes\u2026&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019\u00e9quilibre alimentaire sert \u00e0 <strong>r\u00e9guler le sommeil<\/strong>, r\u00e9guler le <strong>syst\u00e8me hormonal<\/strong>, le <strong>syst\u00e8me immunitaire<\/strong>, r\u00e9guler les neurotransmetteurs, (eux-m\u00eames responsables de notre humeur, de notre m\u00e9moire, de nos capacit\u00e9s cognitives\u2026) L\u2019\u00e9quilibre alimentaire est responsable de notre <strong>bien-\u00eatre <\/strong>: il maintient la sant\u00e9 physique et psychologique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Comment trouver son \u00e9quilibre alimentaire ?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>S.D<\/strong> : A l\u2019entame de cette nouvelle ann\u00e9e, <strong>manger \u00e9quilibr\u00e9<\/strong> serait de commencer \u00e0 prendre soin de soi en mangeant des <strong>aliments bruts<\/strong> et naturels, <strong>de saison<\/strong>, \u00e9ventuellement bio et \u201cpr\u00e9par\u00e9s maison\u00a0\u00bb.
