Son nom vient du grec : <em>S\u00f4s<\/em> (harmonie), <em>Phr\u00ean<\/em> (esprit\/conscience) et <em>Logos<\/em> (\u00e9tude\/science). C\u2019est une <strong>tentative d\u2019adaptation<\/strong> face \u00e0 un stimulus v\u00e9cu comme une source de \u00ab danger \u00bb qui vient perturber notre \u00e9quilibre (manifestations corporelles et mentales)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-9d6595d7 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-vertically-aligned-center is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>Lorsque cette adaptation est r\u00e9ussie nous parlons de <strong>\u00ab bon stress \u00bb<\/strong> . Il nous donne un \u00e9lan positif, nous permet de nous d\u00e9passer. Lorsque cette tentative d\u2019adaptation est \u00ab rat\u00e9e \u00bb on parle alors de <strong>\u00ab mauvais stress \u00bb<\/strong>, les manifestations corporelles prennent le dessus et nous r\u00e9agissons, avec des comportements parfois inadapt\u00e9s. Il peut devenir un handicap.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nous pouvons diff\u00e9rencier \u00e9galement le <strong>stress aigu et chronique<\/strong>\u2026 L\u2019\u00e9tat de stress aigu est li\u00e9 \u00e0 un \u00e9v\u00e9nement ponctuel (prise de parole, changement brutal\u2026) . En g\u00e9n\u00e9ral \u00e0 la fin de cet \u00e9v\u00e8nement le stress dispara\u00eet . C&rsquo;est-\u00e0-dire un \u00e9puisement g\u00e9n\u00e9ral , physique , \u00e9motionnel, cognitif (fatigue g\u00e9n\u00e9rale, douleurs musculo-squelettiques, troubles du sommeil, maux de t\u00eate, sentiment de vide, irritabilit\u00e9, troubles de la concentration et de la m\u00e9moire\u2026) Les relations inter personnelles deviennent compliqu\u00e9es (repli sur soi, agressivit\u00e9\u2026) et l\u2019ambiance au travail avec les coll\u00e8gues se d\u00e9grade. Nous perdons <strong>notre motivation<\/strong> \u2026 Tout notre \u00catre dit STOP !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Pr\u00e9vention du Burn Out et gestion du stress au travail gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la sophrologie<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Le burn out arrivant apr\u00e8s une longue dur\u00e9e de tentative d\u2019adaptation de l\u2019organisme, il convient de marquer <strong>des temps de pause <\/strong>pour le corps et l\u2019esprit r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement d\u00e8s que nous ressentons les effets du stress.
