Ils sont  source de <strong>perturbations dans la vie quotidienne<\/strong>. <strong>En quoi diff\u00e8rent ils ?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Le stress<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Le stress est une r\u00e9ponse normale et utile de l\u2019organisme pour nous maintenir dans un \u00e9tat de fonctionnement. C\u2019est gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 lui que<strong> nous restons vigilants dans certaines situations \u00e0 risque<\/strong>. Quand \u00e7a ne tourne pas rond, que l\u2019on tourne en rond et que cela dure, c\u2019est le bon moment pour rencontrer un hypnoth\u00e9rapeute.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Les bienfaits de l\u2019hypnose contre les angoisses et le stress<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019hypnose permet de <strong>prendre du recul<\/strong>, d\u2019aborder le probl\u00e8me sous un autre angle et cela change le ressenti, d\u2019autres possibilit\u00e9s sont alors envisag\u00e9es. C\u2019est une <strong>th\u00e9rapie<\/strong> souvent br\u00e8ve (entre 3 et 10 s\u00e9ances), qui ne n\u00e9cessite pas de scruter le pass\u00e9 et de d\u00e9cortiquer ses probl\u00e8mes. Et oui, quand je m\u2019imagine heureux et d\u00e9tendu, mon syst\u00e8me nerveux y croit et d\u00e9clenche les hormones du calme, de la d\u00e9tente et de la relaxation !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>A quoi ressemble une s\u00e9ance d\u2019hypnose contre le stress ?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>T\u00e9moignage <\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00ab Confortablement install\u00e9e dans le fauteuil de l&rsquo;hypnoth\u00e9rapeute, je me suis docilement <strong>laiss\u00e9e guider<\/strong>. Tr\u00e8s vite, mes yeux se sont ferm\u00e9s et j&rsquo;ai essay\u00e9 de ressentir dans mon corps la <strong>d\u00e9tente<\/strong> qu&rsquo;il me sugg\u00e9rait. Je n&rsquo;\u00e9tais pas si d\u00e9tendue que cela et il faisait trop chaud dans la pi\u00e8ce, mais j&rsquo;ai suivi sa voix. J&rsquo;entendais les bruits autour, le l\u00e9ger grincement de son fauteuil et la voix de la secr\u00e9taire au loin. Je n&rsquo;\u00e9tais pas tr\u00e8s s\u00fbre d&rsquo;\u00eatre en \u00e9tat hypnotique. Et puis je suis mont\u00e9e dans une montgolfi\u00e8re, je me suis \u00e9lev\u00e9e lentement. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>C&rsquo;est moi qui man\u0153uvrais et pour monter encore plus haut, je jetais des sacs de lest.
