On peut aussi la ressentir en anticipant une situation dangereuse. C\u2019est une \u00e9motion universelle, archa\u00efque, n\u00e9cessaire \u00e0 notre survie. Elle nous permet d\u2019identifier ce qui est dangereux pour nous et d\u2019y faire face.&nbsp;Comme toute \u00e9motion, elle pr\u00e9sente des composantes <strong>somatiques et visc\u00e9rales<\/strong> : acc\u00e9l\u00e9ration du rythme cardiaque, sensation de chaleur, <strong>difficult\u00e9s \u00e0 se concentrer <\/strong>&#8230;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>La peur est une \u00e9motion utile qui nous permet de pr\u00e9venir le danger et d&rsquo;y r\u00e9agir. Ainsi on parle parfois de <strong>bon stress<\/strong> et de <strong>mauvais stress<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le bon stress, serait celui que l\u2019on ressent en r\u00e9action \u00e0 une situation. Cette adr\u00e9naline qui nous permet d\u2019\u00eatre plus r\u00e9actif(ve), plus vif(ve). C\u2019est la sensation d\u2019un malaise de fond qui n\u2019emp\u00eache pas de vivre mais d\u00e9grade la qualit\u00e9 de vie. L\u2019anxi\u00e9t\u00e9 est associ\u00e9e \u00e0 des pens\u00e9es, <strong>des craintes<\/strong> et \u00e0 de l\u2019anticipation anxieuse. On l\u2019observe quand on commence \u00e0 voir du danger de partout. Quand la peur devient envahissante psychiquement, elle risque de devenir alors <strong>pathologique.<\/strong> Elle peut se transformer en <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.doctoome.com\/blog\/soigner-troubles-du-sommeil\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">troubles du sommeil<\/a><\/strong>, en troubles alimentaires, en phobies diverses ou encore en troubles anxieux g\u00e9n\u00e9ralis\u00e9 voir en <a href=\"https:\/\/www.doctoome.com\/blog\/troubles-obsessionnels-compulsifs-hypnose\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">troubles obsessionnels et compulsifs<\/a> (TOC).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La peur pathologique d\u00e9forme notre vision du monde, de sa dangerosit\u00e9, amplifie les risques. C\u2019est comme si nous vivions sous la menace d\u2019un danger en permanence, avec une \u00e9p\u00e9e de Damocl\u00e8s au-dessus de notre t\u00eate pr\u00eate \u00e0 s\u2019abattre \u00e0 tout instant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:25px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>L\u2019angoisse, quelles diff\u00e9rences ?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019angoisse quant \u00e0 elle est une manifestation massive de la peur, envahissante et redoutable. Lorsqu\u2019elle arrive, elle nous stoppe litt\u00e9ralement, chez certaines personnes on parle de crise d\u2019angoisse, c\u2019est une r\u00e9action forte du psychique face \u00e0 une situation, face \u00e0 une saturation. Le niveau d\u2019anxi\u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9tant tel que l\u2019organisme ne tol\u00e8re plus le stress.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le contexte actuel, celui d\u2019une \u00e9pid\u00e9mie mondiale, est un contexte \u00ab parfait \u00bb pour contribuer au d\u00e9veloppement des peurs pathologiques. Il s\u2019agit d\u2019un \u00e9v\u00e9nement choquant qui nous confronte directement \u00e0 la menace de mort. De plus, le monde hyper connect\u00e9 dans lequel nous baignons aggrave ce <strong>climat anxiog\u00e8ne<\/strong>. L\u2019acc\u00e8s imm\u00e9diat \u00e0 l\u2019information entretien des comportements de v\u00e9rification quasi-compulsifs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:25px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Alors que faire face \u00e0 ce sentiment ?<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Que faire si vous vous sentez angoiss\u00e9(e)s par cette situation ? Que faire si vous sentez que vos peurs entravent votre fonctionnement, atteignent un niveau de s\u00e9v\u00e9rit\u00e9 excessif ? Il faut apprendre \u00e0 mieux g\u00e9rer son stress. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tout d\u2019abord, <strong>identifiez<\/strong> ce m\u00e9canisme comme \u00e9tant de l\u2019anxi\u00e9t\u00e9, c\u2019est un processus bien connu que l\u2019on peut apprendre \u00e0 g\u00e9rer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ensuite, allez-y par \u00e9tapes, essayez de ne pas trop consulter les infos car cela augmente le sentiment de menace et r\u00e9duit la perception de notre r\u00e9silience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mettez en place tout ce qui peut vous ressourcer et vous apaiser. Instinctivement, votre organisme active votre syst\u00e8me sympathique : des bouff\u00e9es de chaleur, vous transpirez, frissonnez, tremblez\u2026 Autant de r\u00e9actions normales face au danger: elles sont cens\u00e9es permettre de r\u00e9agir vite, soit par la fuite, soit par l\u2019action.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La meilleure mani\u00e8re de g\u00e9rer une mont\u00e9e de stress passe par le <strong>contr\u00f4le de sa respiration<\/strong>. Lorsque nous contr\u00f4lons notre respiration selon une m\u00e9thode tr\u00e8s simple, nous ressentons imm\u00e9diatement un apaisement des sympt\u00f4mes li\u00e9s au stress. Lorsque l\u2019on a une mont\u00e9e de stress, la respiration type zen, tr\u00e8s profonde, est \u00e0 oublier car elle va dans le sens d\u2019une hyper oxyg\u00e9nation et de l\u2019hyper ventilation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il est \u00e9galement possible de simplement couper sa respiration quelques secondes puis de refaire une respiration normale ceci jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que la <strong>sensation de panique<\/strong> se diffuse.
