C\u2019est un <strong>\u00e9tat \u00e9motionnel<\/strong> ordinaire,&nbsp; que nous connaissons tous et qui est souvent r\u00e9actionnel \u00e0 une situation (conflit l\u00e9ger, pr\u00e9occupations, p\u00e9riode du cycle hormonal\u2026).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La d\u00e9prime se caract\u00e9rise par une baisse d\u2019\u00e9nergie, un affaiblissement de l\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat que l\u2019on porte habituellement aux autres et aux choses, un besoin de se replier sur soi et de <strong>ralentir<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Elle dure g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement moins de 2 jours et se solutionne en reprenant le cours de sa vie. Les liens aux autres, les activit\u00e9s ressour\u00e7antes, le plaisir de vivre suffisent \u00e0 la faire dispara\u00eetre. C\u2019est le fameux <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.doctoome.com\/blog\/que-faire-pour-surmonter-le-blues-hivernal\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">coup de blues<\/a><\/strong> ou coup de mou. Ils ne sont pas reli\u00e9s \u00e0 la prise d\u2019une substance ni \u00e0 une affection m\u00e9dicale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:26px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Les causes de cet \u00e9tat d\u00e9pressif<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La d\u00e9pression peut toucher n\u2019importe qui, y compris les enfants. On sait aujourd\u2019hui qu\u2019elle est multi d\u00e9termin\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Elle comporte une <strong>composante g\u00e9n\u00e9tique<\/strong> c&rsquo;est-\u00e0-dire une forme de pr\u00e9disposition, une vuln\u00e9rabilit\u00e9 au risque de la d\u00e9velopper.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ensuite ce sont un ensemble d\u2019\u00e9l\u00e9ments qui vont favoriser son apparition: des \u00e9v\u00e9nements de vie, la fa\u00e7on de penser le monde, les traumatismes subis, les chocs \u00e9motionnels, une mauvaise estime de soi, l\u2019exposition au <a href=\"https:\/\/www.doctoome.com\/blog\/lutter-contre-le-stress-l-anxiete-conseils-naturopathie\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">stress <\/a>chronique\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le cumul des \u00e9v\u00e8nements peut fragiliser <strong>psychiquement<\/strong> un individu ce qui va avoir des cons\u00e9quences somatiques. Cette accumulation de chocs, de souffrance, de difficult\u00e9s va provoquer un d\u00e9s\u00e9quilibre dans les substances naturellement pr\u00e9sentes dans le cerveau, les neurotransmetteurs (et plus particuli\u00e8rement la s\u00e9rotonine et la noradr\u00e9naline) qui jouent un r\u00f4le important.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Certains envisagent la d\u00e9pression comme une panne g\u00e9n\u00e9ralis\u00e9e des m\u00e9canismes du plaisir, d\u2019adaptation, d\u2019initiation\u2026\u00e0 l\u2019origine de laquelle serait un d\u00e9ficit ou un dysfonctionnement dans les neurotransmetteurs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le r\u00e9tablissement du fonctionnement des neurotransmetteurs gr\u00e2ce aux traitements m\u00e9dicamenteux am\u00e9liorent les connexions entre les neurones et ainsi l\u2019<strong>humeur<\/strong> et le fonctionnement g\u00e9n\u00e9ral. Un laps de temps d\u2019au moins 15 jours est \u00e0 compter pour qu\u2019un traitement puisse commencer \u00e0 apporter un b\u00e9n\u00e9fice.Mais la chimie seule ne suffit souvent pas. Sur un rythme moins soutenu, parfois 3, 4 s\u00e9ances par an ; un rythme qui correspond \u00e0 de l\u2019<strong>hygi\u00e8ne mentale<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En effet, cela nous permet de prendre soin de ce que traverse la personne au fur et \u00e0 mesure de sa vie et de ne pas laisser les choses s\u2019installer, s\u2019incruster, user psychiquement l\u2019individu. Nous prenons soin de la <strong>sant\u00e9 mentale<\/strong> de la personne afin de pr\u00e9venir une \u00e9ventuelle rechute.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:26px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Quand dois-je consulter ?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il n\u2019est jamais trop t\u00f4t pour consulter un <strong>psychologue<\/strong>. On h\u00e9site souvent \u00e0 prendre rdv parce qu\u2019on sait ce qui nous fait souffrir, parce qu\u2019on a honte, parce qu\u2019on a la sensation par moment de ne pas aller si mal que \u00e7a (Une \u00e9tude r\u00e9cente nous montre que 60% des am\u00e9ricains de plus de 65 ans confient ne pas se soigner pour d\u00e9pression, croyant que ce n\u2019est pas grave et 33% pensent pouvoir s\u2019en sortir seuls. Source genesight).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>C\u2019est difficile de passer le cap du premier rendez-vous chez le psy..<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mais croyez moi, une fois install\u00e9 dans le fauteuil, quand vous commencerez \u00e0 parler, que vous sentirez le climat de confiance, de chaleur, la simplicit\u00e9 du\/ de la psychologue, vous verrez \u00e0 quel point c\u2019est b\u00e9n\u00e9fique, \u00e0 quel point c\u2019est indispensable de d\u00e9poser les mots, de remettre les choses en perspective.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Et peu \u00e0 peu, vous commencerez \u00e0 vous retrouver, peut-\u00eatre m\u00eame \u00e0 vous rencontrer vraiment.
