Je pratique des techniques douces et je prends en charge du nourrisson au senior.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-color\" style=\"color:#0097a7\">Qu&rsquo;est-ce qu&rsquo;une scoliose ?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La scoliose est une<strong> rotation permanente des vert\u00e8bres les unes par rapport aux autres<\/strong>. Cela implique une <strong>d\u00e9formation de la colonne vert\u00e9brale dans les trois plans de l&rsquo;espace <\/strong>(face, profil et plan sagittal).&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La rotation des vert\u00e8bres entra\u00eene aussi une rotation des c\u00f4tes, provoquant une <strong>d\u00e9formation de la cage thoracique<\/strong> et une gibbosit\u00e9 visible \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u0153il.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La scoliose est une pathologie qui survient la plupart du temps chez les enfants et <strong>s\u2019aggrave au moment de la pubert\u00e9 lors des pouss\u00e9es de croissance. <\/strong>Lorsque la scoliose appara\u00eet en dehors de toute maladie connue, on parle de scoliose idiopathique.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-color\" style=\"color:#0097a7\">Diagnostic de la scoliose<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>La difficult\u00e9 du diagnostic r\u00e9side dans le fait que souvent la <strong>scoliose devient douloureuse qu\u2019\u00e0 partir d\u2019un certain degr\u00e9 de d\u00e9formation<\/strong>. Cependant, il existe quelques astuces tr\u00e8s simples pour observer la pr\u00e9sence d\u2019une <strong>d\u00e9formation scoliotique<\/strong>.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>J\u2019invite toujours les parents d\u2019enfants entre 10 ans et 20 ans \u00e0 observer leurs enfants r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Faites pencher l\u2019enfant en avant, mains jointes, pieds joints et jambes tendues, la t\u00eate en bas. Asseyez vous derri\u00e8re le dos de l\u2019enfant, les yeux \u00e0 la hauteur du bassin. Positionnez vous derri\u00e8re l\u2019enfant et v\u00e9rifiez que la t\u00eate se trouve dans l\u2019axe du corps, que les \u00e9paules sont align\u00e9es et que le bassin est \u00e9quilibr\u00e9. Il est mesurable sur une radiographie du rachis de face.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En dessous de 10 degr\u00e9s, on ne parle pas r\u00e9ellement de scoliose.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Entre 10 et 20 degr\u00e9s, on parle de scolioses b\u00e9nignes<\/strong> pour lesquelles de la <strong>kin\u00e9sith\u00e9rapie<\/strong> et de la<strong> pratique r\u00e9guli\u00e8re d\u2019une activit\u00e9 physique<\/strong> seront suffisants comme traitement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour un angle de Cobb compris <strong>entre 20 et 30 degr\u00e9s, on parle de scolioses moyennes<\/strong> pour lesquelles un traitement par <strong>corset<\/strong> sera le plus souvent suffisant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Entre 30 et 60 degr\u00e9s, il s\u2019agit de scolioses importantes<\/strong> pour lesquelles une <strong>intervention chirurgicale<\/strong> sera le plus souvent obligatoire. Lorsque la courbure d\u00e9passe les 60 degr\u00e9s, on parle de scolioses tr\u00e8s importantes, m\u00eame si le potentiel de r\u00e9duction peut \u00eatre non n\u00e9gligeable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-color\" style=\"color:#0097a7\">Le sport, l&rsquo;alli\u00e9 contre la scoliose ?&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-color\" style=\"color:#0097a7\">Oui au sport !&nbsp;<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Toute personne, que ce soit durant l\u2019enfance ou \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e2ge adulte, souffrant de scoliose<strong> ne doit pas renoncer au sport<\/strong>. M\u00eame dans les cas de scoliose s\u00e9v\u00e8re avec port de corset, il est conseill\u00e9 de <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.doctoome.com\/blog\/activites-sportives-tendances-cet-ete-au-bord-de-l-eau\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">pratiquer une activit\u00e9 sportive <\/a>r\u00e9guli\u00e8re, avec l\u2019accord pr\u00e9alable du m\u00e9decin<\/strong>. M\u00eame si vous souffrez d\u2019une scoliose, <strong>vous aurez amplement le choix de faire une pratique sportive <\/strong>!&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Il a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9montr\u00e9 r\u00e9cemment que les<strong> sports asym\u00e9triques n\u2019ont pas d\u2019influence n\u00e9gative<\/strong> sur l\u2019\u00e9volution de la scoliose, donc si vous aimez le tennis ou l\u2019escrime vous pourrez vous \u00e9panouir sans probl\u00e8me.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-color\" style=\"color:#0097a7\">Pas de sports interdits, mais certains ne sont pas recommand\u00e9s !&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Ce qu\u2019il vaudrait mieux<strong> \u00e9viter sont les sports qui augmentent les contraintes sur votre dos<\/strong>. Par exemple l&rsquo;halt\u00e9rophilie, la gymnastique, le lancer de poids ou le javelot ou encore l&rsquo;acrosport. Si vous avez subi une chirurgie, il vaudrait mieux proscrire le rugby et les sports de contact \u00e0 forts impacts.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En conclusion, la scoliose est une pathologie tr\u00e8s r\u00e9pandue.&nbsp;Le diagnostic est facile quand on sait ce qu\u2019il faut regarder.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les traitements actuels marchent bien et nous arrivons tr\u00e8s souvent \u00e0 limiter une \u00e9volution trop importante. Les traitements m\u00e9dicaux d\u00e9pendent du degr\u00e9 de gravit\u00e9 de la scoliose.
